Theory" and "How to Critique Art", If there are any subjects you would like me to cover, please mention in the comments below for this post. I will do my best to post them as soon as possible.
This main blog feed is where I will post artists that may be useful for you to look at. I would encourage you to comment on each one with your opinions and interpretations, and discuss with each other why you think and feel the way you do. If you are unsure what to say, feel free to refer to "How to Critique Art" to the left of the page. Being able to critique art is an important learning step within the arts. It will help you take more from the artists you research, as well as help you consider your own art in new ways. Art is subjective and thus everyone will have a different opinion; remember it is why it's your opinion that matters!
I will also include little tasks that you can do on this main feed. These tasks will be helpful if you feel you are floundering for a direction, if you want to try a new technique or just love doing anything to do with art. Feel free to post pictures of what you have created with these tasks, to help inspire others.
Good luck with your units. All of you have a lot of potential, don't forget to work hard, and remember - don't leave everything to the last minute!
